Annie Thompson 

I’m a passionate and driven Personal Trainer with a lifelong love for health, fitness, and pushing physical limits. The gym has been my second home for over 15 years, a place where I’ve built strength, discipline, and a deep understanding of how to help others transform their bodies and mindset. I specialise in helping people feel confident, capable, and empowered.

Alongside my PT experience, I’m a Level 1 Football Coach, bringing energy, teamwork, and technical skill development to every session. I love motivating clients, building their confidence, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels supported and challenged.

I’m also a 1st Dan Martial Artist and  Instructor, which adds a unique edge to my coaching style. Martial arts has taught me discipline, precision, and mental resilience, qualities I bring into every training session, whether I’m coaching on the pitch, in the gym, or in a class setting.

My approach is all about balance: building strength, improving movement, boosting confidence, and supporting long‑term wellbeing. I’m committed to helping people unlock their potential, enjoy the process, and discover what their bodies are truly capable of.

If it involves movement, challenge, and self‑improvement then I’m all in.

Whether  its 1 -1 sessions, joining in my classes, take part in fit camps, train in a group setting, or work with me through online coaching, you’ll get guidance that fits your lifestyle and helps you stay committed to your health.

Building confidence is a key part of my coaching. I want you to feel good in your body, proud of your progress, and empowered by what you can do. My sessions are designed to be enjoyable, motivating, and tailored to your needs so that fitness becomes something you genuinely look forward to.
